Throughout this redesign process, the main goal was to lower the intensity of the Menards brand as a whole and lean the business towards a more approachable look. Menards has a history of promoting themselves to a specific audience; as a response, this rebrand is promoting specific values many share.

The icon symbolizing a house and window is meant to beckon consumers to take care of their home as though it is a figure in the family and to utilize the tools Menards provides to get the job done
